Haven't posted in a while! I can't wait to share all the delicious eats over the last few months. But first up, an appreciation post for @agricolaeatery. We went for a family Princeton day trip yesterday and Agricola didn't disappoint. We haven't been back for years and that was pre-kiddo. The food and drinks are still exceptional, with amazing service to match. We rsvp'd through Resy, which had a note that they may not have kid-friendly seating. We prepared by bringing a portable booster, but they actually did have highchairs - for any curious parents. 🍳 Short Rib Hash

Ever since they moved to their larger location at the corner of the Hmart strip mall, their lines are out the door before they even open. We decided to line up too to give them a try. Ordered a few staples: braised beef noodle soup, pan fried pork juicy buns, soup dumplings, and cumin beef fried rice. Everything was so flavorful! The cumin beef fried rice was surprisingly tasty; something we haven't seen on other menus before. We also ate the soup dumplings so quickly, I couldn't get a pic. Overall 9/10. We will definitely be back and willingly line up again.

Mille-Feuille Nabe ミルフィーユ鍋 🍄🥬🐷 Ever since we got back from Japan, I've been exploring more Japanese dishes. This one has layers of pork belly & napa cabbage, arranged beautifully in a clay pot. I love stuffing the middle with mushrooms for their extra umami flavor and texture.
